Individual Rooms

***Green room and kitchen access are included with every room rental

  • Blockbuster Studio (Main Production Studio) = $110/hour

    • Access to full studio with control room, 17x15ft. cyclorama wall, 12ft. chromakey green screen backdrop, with additional colored backdrops, and basic props

    • 2 hour minimum, 4 hour maximum*​​

 *Any booking in the Blockbuster Studio (Main Production Studio) that exceeds 4 hours requires a package

  • Limelight Room (Green Room) = $45/hour

    • Access to green room with hair/makeup supplies, charging station

    • 2 hour minimum

  • Box Office (Conference Room) = $60/hour

    • Access to full conference room with table, chairs, whiteboard, projector, TV display monitor, and basic office supplies

    • 2 hour minimum

  • Podcast Studio = $65/hour

    • Access to podcast studio with recording equipment

    • Additional gear/equipment available for additional price

    • 2 hour minimum

  • Spotlight Room (Set Design Room) = $70/hour

    • Access to one transformable décor room (13ft. x 13ft.)

    • Additional furniture/props available for additional price

    • 2 hour minimum

  • Bistro Area = $60/hour

    • Access to bistro area with high tables, chairs, and charging station

    • 2 hour minimum

Add- On Services

  • Catering Assistance = $45.00

    • Consists of ordering all food and beverages requested, set-up, utensils/kitchen supplies, coordinating delivery, and clean-up​

  • Printing = Pricing varies by page count and printing options:

    • Black and white or color printing available, regular paper or cardstock

    • 1-50 pages: $0.20/page (B&W); $0.30/page (color)

    • 51-150 pages: $0.15/page (B&W); $0.25/page (color)

    • 151+ pages: $0.10/page (B&W); $0.20/page (color)

  • KM Studios Staff = included with every rental/package

    • At least one KM Studios staff member will be present throughout the entire event/production rental period to assist with any administrative needs

  • Podcast Audio Technician = $40/hour

    • Trained Audio Technicians are available to assist you with the technical aspects of your Podcast which includes the audio 

  • Control Room Technician = $45/hour

    • Trained Technicians to assist in KM's control room with Blackmagic 4k Switcher and equipment if needed

  • Studio Photographer = $35/hour

    • Professional photographers are available to capture your events. Digital photos will be sent via a link.  Book a KM Studios Photographer to assist you with quality photography for your event.

  • Production Assistants = $35/hour

    • Trained production assistants available to help with any technical and on-set needs (camera, lighting, audio, etc.)

    • Must give KM Studios at least 48 hours’ notice if a production assistant is needed

  • Make-Up Artist = $85/hour

    • Professional hair & make-up artist available to take care of your production’s cosmetic needs for talent

  • Event Furniture

    • Folding tables = $2.50/each

    • Chairs = $1.25/each

  • Cameras and A/V Equipment = Price varies

  • Photography Paper Backdrops /Two (2) or more = $10 each (multiple colors to choose from)

  • Actor/Professional Headshot = $150

    • One outfit/wardrobe

    • One colored backdrop choice

    • Digital copy provided

  • Professional Actor Reels (Editing) = $175

    • Video and audio editing up to two minutes

    • Digital copy provided

  • Professional Audition Tapes = $75/hour

    • Filming at studio with performance coaching and professional equipment and crew

    • Two-minute final cut provided digitally
